CDP Circle of Conversation: How to Find the Mentorship You Need

Finding the right mentor to provide support and guidance as you prepare to compete in the workforce is critical to your success.

As part of the RI C-AIM Career Development Program, Metcalf Institute will hold the first CDP “Circle of Conversation,” an an informal gathering to discuss professional development topics. The conversation, led by Dr. Alycia Mosley-Austin, URI Assistant Dean of Graduate Recruitment and Diversity Initiatives, will provide an in-person opportunity for graduate students and post-docs to discuss ideas for navigating mentoring relationships.
