Christie Taylor is a producer for the public radio show Science Friday, where she produces weekly live and recorded interviews, hosts the show’s biannual Book Club series, and does enterprise reporting on the intersection of science and society. Her work runs the gamut from environmental science to space, with plenty of strange bacteria and science + arts (sciarts) conversations along the way. Before joining Science Friday, she worked for Wisconsin Public Radio, the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering, and several local print and digital publications.
