Roshaun Higgins is an environmental reporter for the Times-Picayune New Orleans Advocate where he covers climate change, major weather events and issues concerning water basins and the gulf coast in Louisiana. He was born and raised in New Orleans and is passionate about covering environmental issues in his home state, which is also on the front line in the fight against global climate change. Roshaun obtained a BA in journalism with a minor in philosophy and specializations in Latin and geology from Southern Methodist University.
